We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may cause downtime.

All software, branding, and content belong to Momentrax or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process data solely for service delivery.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Momentrax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda and applicable East African Community regulations.
